I doubt there’s a fall cocktail I batch more during the fall months than the Vanilla Greyhound. Its a perfect transition after the summer heat with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, vanilla syrup, and gin (or vodka).
This recipe supplied from a bartender friend of mine is one my favorite fall cocktails. Bourbon, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and more. It’s easily the first spirit forward cocktail I mix come September.
